	&lt;p&gt;At present we only ship to addresses with a UK post-code, principally by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;We make a minimum post &amp;#38; packing charge of &#163;2.00 per order, but orders over &#163;50.00 are P&amp;#38;P-free. Postage is not charged in respect of Gift-Vouchers, though P&amp;#38;P may be charged when the voucher is redeemed.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Most of our goods are zero-rated for &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;VAT&lt;/span&gt;, but where this is not the case all our prices include &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;UK VAT&lt;/span&gt; as applicable. 	&lt;p&gt;All payments are by means of a UK credit or debit card, or via Paypal, as appropriate. If we cannot ship all or some of your goods immediately, then we make an immediate refund. We don&#8217;t normally run back-orders &#8211; if we don&#8217;t have the goods, then we don&#8217;t carry the order forward. We don&#8217;t normally make substitutions.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Changing your mind &#8211; Need a different size ? : We will accept returns up to 8 days after shipment, provided that they are unworn and in their original packaging, for a full refund. We only refund in case of returns actually received.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Faulty goods: Everything we sell is warranted to be of fair quality and fit-for-purpose. If you notice any manufacturing defects, please return the goods to us within a reasonable time, with details of when purchased, and we will provide you with a replacement, repair or refund &#8211; at our discretion.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Privacy: Because we use a secure third-party payment service we are not normally given your credit card details. We only retain your home or delivery address for delivery purposes, and never pass this information on to any third parties. If you give us permission, then we may retain your email address for future marketing contacts from us only, and we also never share these details.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Fair Trade: We are guided by the Office of Fair Trading&#8217;s &#8220;Distance Selling Regulations&#8221; and we make every effort to be the kind of retailer you will want to come back to time after time&lt;/p&gt;</body-html>
