Sending any goods back to us: Royal Mail is usually safe, but PLEASE take the time to get an individual receipt of posting for your parcel, and keep that receipt somewhere safe. Please address the parcel as shown below
Exchanges: If you need your item in a larger or smaller size, then please return it, within 8 days of shipment, unworn, with the tags left on and in the original packing, with a copy of the original despatch document, telling us what size you need. When we have received it, if we have the size you want, we will mail it to you, and if we do not then we will make a refund. It is helpful to email us in advance with the details so that we can reserve you an appropriate exchange item.
Unsuitable: If the item does not meet your requirements in some other way, then please return it, within 8 days of shipment, unworn, with the tags left on and in the original packing, with a copy of the original despatch document, with your reasons in writing. When we have received it, we will make a refund.
Refunds: Will be made in the same way that your original payment was made. Usually PayPal is our service provider, so it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your credit card account.
